It was great to work with John, he came out and walked us through the best option and broke it down on what needed to be fixed. After that we were told it would be around 4-5 weeks but within 1-2 weeks they were out and ready to fix it which was amazing! Jon drove all the way from Amarillo to Albuquerque to help me, and his professionalism and knowledge truly stood out. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain the issues in a way that was easy to understand, and walk me through the best solutions. Jon came back 6 months after the original work, for a second inspection, and verified that the changes have been stable. It was a pleasure to visit with Jon about the soil conditions and causes of the slab issue and how to prevent it. He didn't make me feel stupid for not calling Childers sooner. He will be back in 6 months to check again on the progress.

John and Michael were very professional and polite. The crew did a great job. Logan was our hero crawling under our house in a very small space. They were efficient, careful and cleaned up when they were finished. We were very impressed and grateful!
