Hello, please beware when you are purchasing a home with Chesmar. Why you ask well let me just say it is pouring raining in the Georgetown area right now and my drive way is filled with water and I was told that they will not do anything about it if it drains within 36 hours, but what if it rains for 36 hours then what do i do just get out my truck and step into a puddle of water every time. Worst warranty service!
Almost everyone in our neighborhood with Chesmar homes is facing problems. They promised a 1-year warranty, but whenever we raise a complaint, they take forever to respond—or sometimes just close the ticket without fixing anything.
In Santa Rita, the warranty supervisor Tony doesn’t care about customer service. He never replies properly and doesn’t communicate well.

Build quality does not meet with price point and post sale, the only focus Chesmar seems to have is how to save money by saying no to fixing their own mistakes.
I've now gone through three different construction managers, each of which leave and no one follows up on my outstanding issues. I am left following up with them to get their attention again and marginally start over.
