Melanie is an awesome sales rep and can guide you through the home buying process. As a realtor I am a big fan of Chesmar homes due to the zip system they use on the exteriors of their homes to me this is the way homes should be built. I'll be very honest in this review, I'm giving a 3 start because. Here are some points to consider.
1)I'm in love with the house but I should give a 2 stars because of the quality and materials used in the house taking in consideration the price. 2)The space where the backyard door is, is completely ridiculous we don't even have space to place our garbage bin and this is for all our neighbors it's

If you decided to buy the house with them, make sure we checked every little detail before closing. Although we love the layout of the house we bought, it takes them forever to fix the problem we have with the house. It has been a month since we moved in, all the problems we have not been fixed. The closet door cant be locked. There is molding smell in our master bathroom. And water breaks backya

Have been without a shower for over 2 weeks now for warranty repair that I was told would take 3 days. Was just informed now that we will have to wait another week. Absolutely unacceptable time frame for a repair that should have taken 3 days not 3 weeks. We have guest in town this weekend and will now have to share a shower with them because the repair was not done in a timely manner.

The homes are so beautiful and I love to walk through the houses that are open houses just to get ideas to get a feel of one day owning such a beautiful home like this!! The agent that was onsite was such a friendly woman and the hospitality was so warming!!! I loved everything about all the open houses ❤️
