Jack the salesman went out of his way to make sure I got the best service I could find. The construction crews that came to my house were very respectful of my wife and kids. Bothe crews cleaned up after themselves. And even picked up after other contractors I had working at that house. Jack also called after the ice storm on 1/24/26. To make sure all was good. Charles Terry is one heck of a guy him and his dog top-notch. You can’t get no better and you can’t find a more down to earth person. I recommend him to anybody. He eats the eggs and not the chicken. If you know what that means then you know he’s a family man He’s down to earth and I love this guy. I would give him 10 stars if I had the chance.

Dagen, the manager- and his competent crew, did a great repair on our roof after the recent high winds caused damage. They responded quickly to assess, and came on time to work.
Everything looks so professional. Your crew was courteous, hard working, and cleaned up the area amazingly well! You are all a blessing, and we highly recommend you! Please pass this appreciation along to all who worked on

I previously submitted a review explaining how after using Charles Terry for years we were extremely disappointed with the work we received after a recent hail storm in 2017. We have made multiple attempts contacting the office and promised dates of when our roof would be fixed, only to have no one call or show up. We finally gave up thinking that eventually if they wanted to be paid we would hear

They were hired to do our roof after the storm. The crew that did the work were very messy and disrespectful. Took them two days to do the job. They finished for the day when the sun was going down, showed back up VERY early the next morning to finish. There was not a courtesy call or knock on the door before they started. They left trash in my trees and nails all over my yard and driveway. When

Nate was very professional. I received 3 bids from different companies. I felt that Nate with Charles Terry was the most upfront and honest out of all of them. The office gave me houses addresses to drive by to look at the color of shingles I like to see in person on top of a book. They finished the job in 2 days. Very happy with their service.

Fast, friendly and courteous. I called for a very simple repair on my roof, a few damaged shingles, and they were gracious enough to send a roofer quickly and fix it without even charging me. A good faith repair that will definitely earn my business in the future. That’s Texas hospitality!
