We are very happy with Certified Roofing Contractors’ work. They sat down with us and explained exactly the damage to our roof, and what needed to be done. They started the replacement of our roof within a week and a half after the initial contact as soon as the weather permitted. The work was done timely, and attention was given in great detail to the protection of other property and clean up.

Chris Dowell was able to install a new quality roof for my parents at an affordable price. He was extremely professional and was informative during the entire process. His company also performed necessary repairs to my Aunts roof and they were satisfied with the service they received and havnt had any issues since. Certified roofing replaced my whole roof after I had hail damage and did a great job of getting everything approved, and when they were done left no trace they were even here.

Roof had some problems. Insurance companies being insurance companies wanted to deny my claim. I called these guys up to let them know that I had to pass. WRONG! They took over for me and got my claim approved. From there the service continued on the path of excellence. Friendly, great communication, no 'hidden fees just plain ole superb customer service. Dealing with Chris start ti finish was a breeze. Was very helpful on dealing with insurance company. Everything was done in a-quick and professional manner. The crew was fastidious in cleaning up after themselves.

Chris fought, for me, with the insurance company for the money to do the job correctly. The job was was difficult (old house), the result was great. If you’re having trouble getting your roof done, get with Chris at Certified Roofing Contractors.
