After my wife’s initial review, Chris publicly responded saying he would work to resolve the situation. Based on that, we reached out directly to give him the opportunity to make things right.
Instead of responding, he blocked us on Facebook and has continued to ignore all calls, texts, and messages.
Nothing has been resolved.
