I have had a horrible experience with CC Carpet.They did my carpet it was fine. I used them again to do my laminate floors and they are horrible with laminate floors. Don’t use them. My floors have been separating ever since they installed them over a year ago. They have been to my home 10 times and I am still having the problem. They are horrible with laminate. Absolutely amazing experience - 5 stars is simply not enough.
Short version - Great staff (from Karisa on the phones to Mark the salesman to Jesus, his brother Juan, and his son David who installed the carpet), above-and-beyond service and flexibility on ridiculous timelines, and amazing prices you won't find anywhere.

I contracted with CC Carpet to have vinyl plank flooring installed at my home. The flooring was as I expected. However there were some issues that I noticed after the work was completed.
