Went to window shop for boots and some pants. This has to be one of the biggest Cavenders I've been to, it took me about an hour to look at all the boots they had. I didn't get to finish before I had to leave. They are friendly and knowledgeable, I had all my question answered. Definitely a place to come check out, even if you live far.
Plenty of changing rooms to use.

Went to Cavender's to exchange a christmas gift. Unfortunately they didn't have the boots I wanted. Very friendly sales people. They offered me a in store credit. She said go online find the boots you want. I said thank you. It's true their store might not have it, but online they have more of a variety. Sure do got my boots I wanted and got them 4 days later.

I'm visiting Texas from another state. I wanted to get a hat while I was here. So.eone recommended Cavenders. I went to the Euless location. I wandered the hat area for about 35 minutes. I was in view of the register. No one came to assist. The store had no more the 5 customers that trickled in and out. Never saw more than 1 person at the register. I went to the register for assistance.

I love Cavender's but today I left disappointed because when I went there and changed my boots because of the size, I found some others that were cheaper but when they scanned the price it was higher and didn’t want to honor the price on the tag. I took them anyways because it is hard to find boots that fit me.
Update: they called me back and gave me a store credit, I’ll get something to match my

Staff were amazing!!!! Store is so clean, and employees were very welcoming. I forgot her name, but one of the girls helped me pick my first pair of boots! I will for sure be shopping here from now on.
