We purchased a new home in May of 2021. When the finish crew came out in July 2021 the lead Mark said there wasn't enough vinyl siding to finish one end of the house. Take it from someone who owns one and don’t make this purchase. Zero pride or integrity in the craftsmanship of these homes. Looks like they tried to race and see how fast they could get one done. Wish someone would’ve stopped me.

This company has been the biggest disappointment of our home-buying process. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a constant battle to get basic answers and support. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! They use cheap materials and do not take pride in building anything! We haven't even lived in our home for 4 months and more things are coming apart. They promise to fix it and says that someone will call but no one ever does. I still don't even have one of my shutters that blew off during transport!

I would not even give one star. I purchased a Fleetwood mobile home in Feb. of 2022 it was not installed until April due to weather complications. On May 9. 2022 I send a lengthy list of much repairs to be completed by manufacturer within there specific time line for work as the home was unlivable as it was. I love my Fleetwood Home! I bought one of the Villager models from Palm Harbor. It’s very nice and has a great layout. Everyone is very complimentary that walks in it. My home sustained a tornado that came right over the top of it on March 2, 2023. I have cosmetic damage on the back from the hail that hit it, but it will be replaced. WORST place EVER!
We had a broken pipe in our second bathroom that was found a month after we moved in, funny thing is, we only had water running for about 3 weeks into the house.
The problems happen prior to even this though. We were supposed to have our trim out before we even moved in, mark came to do an inspection, said he’d be back within a couple weeks, never showed up. That was in OCTOBER,
