Aaron was very attentive and explained every detail to us in a way that we understood. He didn’t push us into anything and gave us real numbers for our situation. Truly the best experience we could’ve asked for and we haven’t even signed papers! Definitely returning to get our forever home

Aaron is the greatest! He was very helpful, and there every step of the way. If I called or messaged him he replied in a timely manner and answered any questions that we had. Know matter how many questions and concerns i had he was always nice and understanding.

Go see CJ if your having trouble getting a home. He gets it DONE!
I mean really. Everyone turned us down but CJ made it happen.
So far everything has been 5 Stars. Trailer is delivered set and and all the customizations ordered were spot on!
Homes are great quality and the pricing can't be beat for what you get.
Every single person at Lufkin are all super nice and friendly.

Stopped by earlier today to tour some manufactured homes and was blown away by with the professionalism and courtesy of our salesman, Jimmy. There was a wide selection of inventory and my wife and I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process. If you're in the market for a new home, Cavco is the way to go.

Both Jimmy & Kyron were very informative. They broke everything down so I would know exactly the numbers I was looking at and how much "home" I could afford. They were transparent and listened to all my needs and wants and hopefully can get my into a home soon.

Buying a home is stressful we all know this. But, no one tells you how much fun you could have buying a home. If you want to have fun making this type of investment, you NEED to go see Aaron! With his energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable attitude, you may show up hesitant, but you'll leave excited! Aaron listens to what you want from your home, and he finds the home that fits you.
