I want to give a big shout out to salesman William Garrison with Oak Creek Homes. I’ve been working with him on and off over the past serval years as we were on our home buying journey. We have specific needs with needing a land and home package since we have horses and William has always been so helpful and patient. He always kept in touch to make sure we were doing ok and if there was anything

My wife and I love the homes offered by Oak Creek, they look great and the quality is exceptional. The rep we worked with was Jon Hitt and it was a total pleasure. He is the most honest, dedicated, and sincere salesperson anyone could hope to deal with, I wish everyone was as nice as Jon. Thank you, Jon.

Went In to the sales lot today, we went on a tour of smart cottages with Bernie! He was very professional and helped answer all of the questions we had! I highly recommend asking for him when you stop in to shop for your forever home!!

Jon Hitt gave us a wonderful tour of the homes we were interested in. I had MANY questions for him but he answered every single one of them! He was very kind and courteous. We will definitely be doing business with him.

Bernie was great! He asked us what features were most important for us to have in a new home and quickly came up with several models to look at. He was very knowledgeable and he let us go back and forth between homes as we worked to decide what we wanted. 100% ask for Bernie if you are looking for an Oak Creek Home.

William Garrison is outstanding as a salesperson in guiding us in our hunt for a home. Listened to our needs and wants and gave us multiple models to choose from in our budget. We made our selection and ever since he has thoughtfully helped us with the purchase. Bernie was very helpful to me and my mother. He ensured we knew all the details we may not have asked. He showed us several possible options for us to review. There was no pressure at. Bernie is very nice with a great family. It was a pleasure working with him.
