If you’re looking for a well built home and an extremely knowledgeable salesperson; Jose Moreno is the man to see! He will walk you through step by step and make purchasing a home understandable and easy. My wife and I have been looking at modular homes for the last 5 years to put on our land and know other sales rep has ever been so helpful and absolutely will go the extra mile for his customers.

Jose Moreno is an Excellent salesman. He’s very knowledgeable and has great customer care and experience in the business. He is always willing to answer any questions. We went to visit to see some homes and were amazed not only at the quality of the homes but also the customer service. Christian Davis was kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly without ever seeming pushy or sales-focused. He took more time to listen to our needs and concerns than many other home sales people we have worked with in the past. We are so excited to work with him in the future!!

Jose is amazing, very knowledgeable about what he does and obviously loves his job! :) He was willing to stay late to answer our questions and took us to tour 4 homes plus a 3D tour to make sure we found one we liked within our budget. He seems to be a genuine man who truly cares about people and wants to help find the right home for his customers. Even though we showed up later than I would have

Jose was extremely thorough and clear about all aspects of the process. He was very friendly and helped us to fully understand our options and savings. Homes are surprisingly well built, even with high expectations. Deals and savings for first time visitors were mind blowing and honestly a life saver! I must say, Christian Davis at Oak Creek Homes has to be one of the best sells rep in any place of business I have ever had the experience to be helped by. He is definitely a person you want helping you. Very professional and makes you feel at home. Very hard to beat this type of service. I recommend Oak Creek Homes, and you must use Christian as your sells rep. He is top notch A+.

I would never recommend using Oak Creek Homes to anyone. They “pride themselves on quality,” and this is one of the most poorly built homes I have ever lived in. The only positive experience with them is sales with Christian Davis, he’s wonderful. But past him, it’s all a lie. Christian Combs will look you in the eye and tell you he’s your “project manager” yet knows nothing about the home. Lissan

Jose was extremely helpful and not a sales guy pressuring you into a home you cant afford. He's very knowledgeable and really helped us understand how buying a house works!!
