I typically do not do public reviews but I had such an awful experience with this store I felt I should share. I spent a very large amount of money with this store and had the absolute worst customer service I have EVER had. A great experience with Catrina and her staff. Her ideas are unique and custom fit to our home so as not to look like everyone else. The quality and design of her carved, handmade furniture is beautiful. Catrina and her staff work closely together to ensure you are happy with the final result, they do listen to their clients and care.

As an interior design professional, Catrina failed to provide the level of service, design advice/recommendations to meet the specific requirements for a dining room table set to fit a small/unique space. There where multiple delays (excuses) for not meeting the delivery timelines and nothing was delivered on scheduled as verbally promised.

I love the atmosphere of there new location. They always accommodate my needs and love there staff. They have a wonderful selection of carry out items. Catrina did my whole house at Bent Tree Subdivision. She gave me a taste of Texas with a twist. Thank you Catrina for making my home a real Texas Home. I will be returning for future purchases.

I recently purchased a custom made antler chandelier from Catrina's. Production time was quicker than I thought it would take.The chandelier was awesome.Catrina made sure I was happy with the chandelier before I took it home.Catrina and staff were very helpful. Installation crew were awesome. I will definitely be returning to Catrina's in the future.

While they were initially helpful, I was disappointed with the final product. I stopped by and was greeted warmly, and was told that the custom piece I was looking for would be no problem; "we have lots of experience with that." The product took weeks longer than initially estimated, was not really the color I was looking for, and was not the correct size (so much for them having lots of experie

If you want to have input, stay away. TOWERING EGO. If you want to turn your project over to someone who repeatedly reminds you of her many awards and recognition, this is the place. Really does not matter what you think of her taste. She is always right.
