Probably the worst product we have ever installed. Between both of us who installed it we probably have over 100 professional shower installs under our belt.

So I originally purchase the product in advance of my remodel. Was pleased at first discovering I made a mistake ordering 32x60 needing 36x60. Calling the customer service person he just said he would contact his supervisor. But said nothing he could do no returns allowed. $2400 mistake probably won't recommend Found local company to fix my problem Menards

During a remodel of our home the drain cover was lost in the mix. I emailed and left a voicemail to get a replacement. Both my phone call and email were returned promptly and Caustic replaced the cover for no charge! Awesome customer service!

The product is absolutely beautiful. It took a few days to get in touch with customer service, but I give them credit, as they have taken great lengths to make me happy.

I purchased a 36x36 surround with base. Does it look Great Yes. The material is advertised as Stone Composite. It should read cement board with a plastic print coating on it. When cut and drilled you can smell the melting plastic and see it on the saw and bits. We were Very careful on the install using cardboard over the base.
