First time I had delivered here in a number of years.The truck entrance is 500 yards south of the main entrance on TX155.There was plenty of room to remove the tarps and straps.I called the number on the sign at the gate.Forklift driver motioned me in after I was done for a 16minute unload.Super nice folks to work with.

Simply the best, employees are personal & and helpful, customer service is Top Notch, materials quality are solid! If your a builder and the need to build from the ground up, these are the guys to consult for your building materials!!! We have since gone back to check for materials we could not find anywhere locally, and Cassity Jones now has been allowing us to do cash sales. Have not had any problem getting materials from them since, and always love the quality that is present compared to any other local hardware stores.

Paula Strow is a classic example of a "old school" hardware person. Knows her trade and how to please a customer and Cassity Jones will always be my first stop when I am in the area and need most anything for the some what handyman.
Did I mention she is just a nice person? She is just that and then some. Almost feel like I made a new friend.

Delivered our lumber (from the store at 13188 TX 155, Tyler, TX. and the phone number we called this store to be crystal clear) to build our home and they were supposed to pick up what we did not need two weeks ago. The builder has called and so did my husband...and yet it still sits in the rain where they dropped it off! There has been no response (no pick up of the lumber). By the way they did n

Called Cassidy Jones in Tyler looking for 2 - 2x8x24’ pieces of lumber. The salesman told me they had the items in stock. I asked for a price and he asked for an account name. I told him I was going to come in and pay for them. He told me since I did not have an account with them, AND I Quote “ Unfortunately You will not be able to buy them, we only sell to our account holders”. I guess they have
