Lots of promises done but when the time comes nothing is done. Since we bought the house, it has been full of lies. The first one was that our house was not a brand new house. This house was a two year old build so it did need some fix ups. By the way, we are still waiting for them to come fix the items that are not working. I guess we will be doing that ourselves.

Terrible quality houses. I’ve had mine for 8 years. They use cheap material.
I reached out to them the first year I bought it to fix issues in the house. Sent me foreman and he just gave me excuses. Never fixed the issues, I had to do them myself and pay out of pocket. Absolutely the worst experience ever since day 1. So hard to get a hold of. When it comes times to repair it’s just a waste of time they never show up. We have only been in this house for 1 year and the craftsmanship is horrible. Security panel installed not even being wired water floods the garage amongst other things.
