We had our business floors done in the office and break room. Wasn’t less than a month the black glues conned up between the tiles. Guess they mixed it wrong. Called the guy to see what’s going on and he said we are stuck with and and won’t back his work. Wouldn’t even come look at it. Been scrubbing black glue ever since . Terrible business for the money we paid. I do not recommend this company.

My tile in my bathroom was poorly done. Then he sent someone back and they me messed my bathroom up so bad. Took paint off my walls ,broke tile in places. But the worst was the way the owner Tim talked to me even got in my face. Just rude and hateful. I even showed him videos and all he could say was hateful words.. It's sad when you wont even admit the guy you sent out messed up so bad. And yes t

I've bought from Carpet World numerous times and they have always had great service and competitive pricing. Recently had one of my tile orders delayed and owner made a refund even though order had been shipped. Thanks for the great service and would recommend them for your flooring needs.

The Name[ Carpet World ] in Paris. Tx says it all because you are in a world of Amazement. All of the staff is Amazing ,Kind,Friendly, Helpful, and greet you with a Warm Smile. 😊
I have been going there for 2yrs. AS soon as you enter the door and as lost as I was, they don't rush you they listen to you. They go above and beyond to get you what you need. I just needed some miscellaneous pieces.

Products okay so far and they are very budget friendly but I suggest you find another company to install the flooring. I don’t think they vet the contractors well. My current floors make noise in some areas. Sounds like walking on plastic. Also just discovered about three strips of flooring by the wall were not glued down. I have had much better results with LL fl so I will go back to using them.

I recently purchased some vinyl flooring form Carpet World. When I got home I noticed that one of the cases was opened and 2 out 9 tiles were missing.
