Had a small project we were needing help with to help one of our handicap customers and Jason hooked us up with such generosity, professionalism, and kindness. The Lord worked through these people this Thanksgiving holiday, and we are more than thankful for them!

Correction 2/9/24 Tony and his crew came out and corrected/repaired everything the previous installer put in and now our carpet/ home looks great. Thank you for making this right and helping to make the experience to horrible. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns.

Probably one the worst places to go to get flooring. I have had my carpet for not even 1 month and 2 weeks and it is already pealing up for the second time! When you call them to come back to fix it they don't come until 2 days later (even though they said they will be there that day!) I just had my living room done and I will definitely NOT have them do my other rooms! This is terrible customer s

I bought carpet 7 weeks ago after being told I would have it in 2 weeks. They never called me, I had to call them. They gave me another date, which there is no delivery. So I called again today and the manager was going to check AGAIN, but still didn't call me back. I am in the 8th week now. I will be going to the store tomorrow and say some choice words.
