We had a great experience with Carpet Warehouse. Jim, the project manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through choosing our flooring. He took the time to explain all of our options, was very patient and friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. They were also very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated.

This company was fantastic. They worked with my schedule and allowed me to take the time to choose what I wanted without pressure. T They received the materials quickly and very great quality. The installation was excellent and performed within a timely manner. The follow-up after the installation was completed the day after installation. I would highly recommend them.

We needed a new carpet in our master bedroom and decided to go from Las Cruces to Carpet Warehouse due to excellent reviews. Customer service by Diana was incredible!! The cost for the carpet and installation couldn't be better. We highly recommend them!!

Hola El Paso. I highly recommend checking out this place. I can’t say enough about how well I’ve been treated by Diana. I’ve had 2 houses carpeted and they delivered with exceptional service and quality. I will do all my flooring needs with them. Seriously. Check with Diana before you consider anyone else.

I needed new carpet in my Las Cruces, Sonoma Ranch home. I went to Carpet Warehouse ( CW) on Doniphan in West El Paso. CW’s selection of in in-stock carpets, their lower prices, their 48 hr install availability after purchase, and their excellent installers made me VERY GLAD I chose Carpet Warehouse! They are great!!
