Everyone I encountered within this company was amazing. I'm so thankful for the woman who helped me pick out a beautiful vinyl flooring. The owner I presume was so eager and happy to help. The crew who installed the flooring were absolutely fantastic. The job took less than we thought due to their hard work. We are so happy with our floors.

Beautiful flooring is not hard to find but expert installers with an eye for detail and perfection are.
Carpet Outlet in Red Oak is the real deal! They provided me with beautiful flooring choices, friendly customer service, fair pricing and the best installers imaginable. I had hardwood, tile and new 5” baseboards installed. And I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you for a job well done

We have now had three installs completed with Carpet Outlets of Texas, from the Red Oak location. The team in store are great, but the installers who actually come to your home are nothing less than awesome. Our three installs total about 3500 sqft of work (carpet/tile/backsplash) over 2.5 years, and its 100% flawless. Highly recommend.

This store is a one stop shop. They have tons of samples to chose from and they fit any budget. Their customer service is first class. They did an amazing job on our floors in our whole house and we even had our bathroom remodeled. Oscar has a keen eye for style and design was able to help us upgrade our bathroom to look like a showroom model. Thank you Oscar and Carpet Outlets!

I am a returning customer . They re-floored much of my home (carpet and tile) almost 4 years ago when I first purchased this house and did a beautiful job! I never write reviews but I had to for Carpet Outlets. After weeks of shopping around I found the best prices here. Their secretary Ana was very helpful with the several times I called her. The installers were very professional as well. I couldn’t be happier with them. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know.

We have used this place a couple of times and loved them. When looking for bathroom flooring we found it much cheaper somewhere else and the female in the office said they couldn't match it that we should buy it from the other place. Since we had been happy with them we asked if they could lay the new flooring. We we told that they would put us in contact with the people that do it for them. W
