Sales guy was helpful and patient with me. I’ve had contractors doing repairs and couldn’t jump on it right away. It looks good, happy with the color; however, very disappointed with the installers. They left a mess everywhere. A simple sweep and swipe of window sills would have been the minimum. They had to walk out the from door and didn’t bother to pick up the mess they left. Incredible job. Responsive, reasonable price and did a wonderful job w carpet repair needed after some extra curious cats! Had damage at numerous doorways. Will recommend them to more clients. Thank you Tim and Leonel!

From the initial visit to the installation, I am 100% pleased. James was the person I worked with to select my carpet and Rodrigo was the installation guy. Meticulous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. When I need carpet again, I will definitely choose Carpet Now.

Our experience with replacing our upstairs (5 bedrooms) was seamless. Chuck was great and guided us through the whole process from carpet selection to setting up installation. The crew did a great job on communication, arrived on time, and did an amazing job transforming our home in just one day! We are so impressed with this whole process and would highly recommend them! Just had my carpet installed today. It looks great. Jerry and Gustavo did an excellent job. Also like the fact that they gave me a heads up that they were on their way. I also liked the fact that the sales person Tim displayed our carpeting options so we could decide for ourselves what worked best. Also appreciated the ability to pay for the carpeting without interest for twelve months.
