David (sales rep) had to reschedule due to car transmission issues and apologized for the inconvenience but arrived early the next day ready to work. We went over square footage of the area that needed replacing, carpet samples to match existing carpet, scheduling, and pricing all within the hour. He was personable and efficient. Thank you to Edward with Carpet Now, the San Antonio team. The service they offer is exactly as advertised, I was pleasantly surprised! I scheduled online on Sunday for a quote received confirmation that day for a Monday appointment, Edward communicated 2 or 3 times confirming he’d be there. He helped me choose the carpet for my needs gave me a price and they installed the carpet the next day!

I recently had my carpets installed by CarpetNow, and overall, I'm very pleased with the install. The team arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the process. They worked efficiently and completed the installation and moved furniture quicker than expected (1 day for 940 ft²).
The installers were also mindful of keeping the area clean, which I appreciated. Great workmanship!!
