Chuck and his team were a pleasure to work with. Not only did he get back to me in a timely manner, but we also met, reviewed plenty of carpet samples, and set up the install date in a few short days. The install team were early, polite, efficient, and did a great job of replacing the carpet in the entire second floor of my house. Would highly recommend working with them.
