My experience from my apartment building which I know can be different for others:
PROS:
• Leasing office are super friendly even post move in.
• Low and affordable rent
• Had some friendly and helpful neighbors
• Maintenance is quick (ETA: day of or next day response. THIS IS A HUGE PLUS)
• Always available parking (Another HUGE PLUS)
CONS:
• Unclean floor carpet with remnants of previous tenan

I short-term leased at Canopy on Central, and I would never live here again. I strongly recommend, even if it’s inexpensive, do not, absolutely do not move into this complex.

Moved in several months ago and I'm comfortable here. The apartments are nice inside and out. The neighbors are friendly, it's clean, quiet and the community around us is nice. Kim was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I told her I was under a time constraint, and she was able to complete the leasing process the same day I submitted my application.

Lived here 1.5yrs - not worth it.
Don't ignore the warnings like we did.
Infestations. Plumbing issues. Neglectful management. Constant water shut-offs. Policy changes without notification. Bad drainage. Stinky sewage. Imbalanced hvac. Weed smell. Disrespect.
Don't let the wonderful leasing staff reel you in - no one else will be as helpful and attentive.

This has been the best experience I’ve had renting/moving into apartments. The team at Canopy are amazing , especially Kimberly ! She has been so thorough and more informative than I could’ve asked for , if you’re looking for new place I highly recommend this property.

I called every number listed for this property and they are ALL non working numbers that indicates you have reached a number that is no longer working or the number just rings and hangs up. One number from google. A different number from Apartments.com and the other number is from their OWN website. ALL fake numbers. And they don't respond to online inquiries so that speaks volumes to the degree o

Do not come here, water heater has constantly gone out, but choose to repair old one, mold in shower but whipped it and painted over it, they rarely respond do emails. And maintenance is terrible, probably cool people but terrible jobs

I just moved from Fort Worth area after many years and NEEDED a different area to raise my family. Tiffany Middleton has recommended Canopy on Central. Being honest when I find out it was in Bedford one of the main city that I did not want to live in. Let me just say this area is so beautiful and amazing I was stunned!!
