Quality customer service and product. When I first called they were willing to give me a pall park quote over the phone and current numbers based on the style and quality we were looking for. When we were ready to move forward, Rhonda came to our house the next day, took measurements of all the rooms, and had a quote to us before lunch. We got carpet from them in the last 2 or 3 years and the installation left a lot to be desired. Part of the carpet has already been re-stretched, but we have ridges all over the place. Pretty weak.

We just purchased new vinyl plank and carpet from Callaway’s. We originally planned to get bids from several vendors, but Rhonda made us so comfortable and we found exactly what we wanted! The guys did a beautiful job installing it all, and the one concern we expressed was dealt with cheerfully and to our satisfaction. If you need new floors, go to Calllaway’s! Ask for Rhonda — she’s the best. 😊

We have used Callaway’s for years. Rhonda has always gone above and beyond to be sure we are a satisfied customer. And this is exactly what we are! Customer service, quality of install and product, and price are hands down the best in Abilene.

We have done business with Callaway’s for several years and would not buy from anyone else. Rhonda is a super person and so efficient. Danny is a great installer and has a good crew. They put four rooms of carpet in for us today and they are really good workers and very conscientious about their work.

Callaway Carpets just completed work on the floors throughout our entire house. We love them! Rhonda was so helpful in directing us on the type flooring we should use and was so patient in helping us pick out the correct color! The install team was very professional and timely and efficient. They got the job right on schedule and we would highly recommended Callaways to anyone needing new flooring

We had Rhonda wiith Callaway help us out deciding on a new floor. She is great, never got tired of all our questions, made sure we were comfortable with our decision. The installers were great as well, arrived the same time each day, cleaned up, also answered questions with no problem. We highly recommend Callaways Carpet for your floors.😁
