I toured Cadia recently and had a really great experience. Zara was super kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and made the whole tour feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, and because of her, I’m really considering moving here. Overall, such a positive experience!

I am a new resident here and I just want to say I love it already. Jose Garcia was so easy and amazing to work with. He was kind, funny, and very professional. Made my move in progress a breeze. Gerzain Magana the maintenance guys was also so fast to get out to my house when I was having an issue with something fixed the problem and was also very professional!!

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Cadia at Lago Mar! Zara was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and features modern construction.

She’s helped to navigate the ins and outs of leasing while in the process of selling a home. She’s always available to answer questions and provides prompt responses to my all my questions.
