Called CWoods to check out a blockage in the water pipe leaving our house towards the city sewer at the street. They fit us on the schedule the same day! Not only were they able to get to us in a very timely manner, they sent Mackenze! This gentleman was friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. He diagnosed our issue and was able to resolve it with expediency.
I was so impressed with him I signed up for their annual service plan on-the-spot.

Overall great work! Our AC got fixed it just took 3 visits. The first visit wasnt very detailed, he replaced parts in our outside unit but did not come in the house to make sure it was working properly. We pinpointed where the problem might still be and had a second visit that did not listen to concerns but sold us a thermostat we probably needed. The last visit today ,Zach, was amazing! He listen

A different company was sent to an elderly customer of mine to install a part on a water heater. The issue was pre diagnosed and part already there. When they told her it would take hours and cost over $700, ($200 more than her warranty covered) she called me while that plumber was still there. The warranty company asked him to leave, then dispatched C. Woods who installed the part in 45 minutes
