Personally, when I need work done, I want to hire a craftsman, not just a contractor. I contacted Byars for an estimate. Carl worked me into his schedule that same day which worked out best for me. He did a thorough evaluation, verbally explained everything, and sent a detailed written assessment the next day. He was prompt, professional, and very competitive. Byars construction did a great job on replacing the siding of my parent’s house. It looks like a brand new house. The workers did an amazing job on the house. They made sure everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. Carl and Allie were very knowledgeable about the construction process and also helped us a lot with picking the correct colors that go with brick of the house.

I cannot recommend Carl and Allie enough if you are looking for someone to help with your home project. They scheduled with me quickly, showed up on time and were EXTREMELY patient, knowledgeable and helpful during our walk through. They spent a lot of time (way more than other contractors who provided bids) did not make me feel rushed or pressured and answered all my questions. They really helped
