“Burlington is a great place to find name-brand items at much lower prices. I love their selection of clothes, shoes, and home goods — it feels like a treasure hunt every time. Sometimes the aisles can get a bit crowded and sizes can be hit-or-miss, but overall the deals make it worth the trip. The staff is friendly, and checkout is usually quick if you go during less busy hours.”

On February 11th between 1 & 1:12 p.m., I checked out and unfortunately had a very disappointing interaction with the cashier. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic customer service during the transaction. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive.

I went to Burlington today, and Emmanuel was incredibly helpful and patient. He remained very professional throughout the entire process and took the time to explain all of my options while assisting with a difficult transaction. He then brought over his manager, Mat, whose exceptional leadership truly stood out. Together, they turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a phenomenal

I've never been to a Burlington before this location so I can't compare. I went shopping for a coat. I was frustrated to find that there really is no order to how they organize the coats. It's a bunch of random brands and styles mixed up. And there wasn't much selection for a "Coat Factory" I was surprised to find one I liked.

It's about like a Ross or TJ Maxx. Definitely has that outlet store vibe to it. It's late spring and I didn't see many coats. Probably not the best place to buy a suit. I took a stroll through the men's section but didn't see much. You could probably find a few diamonds in the rough here but for the effort, I'm not sure the final product and savings are worth it

I asked the cashier if he would open the item so i could make sure all of the components were inside before purchasing and he accommodated me. Very appreciative.

I was there this morning to get some stuff. I got what I needed then I went to the cologne section cause it’s right by the checkout isle. I saw a cologne that was locked in a box priced $9.99 and it typically costs $18 online everywhere. So since Burlington sells stuff for cheap I grabbed it and went to checkout.
First they changed 3 registers for some reason then the cashier thought the cologne
