Very unprofessional work and poor communication. No respect for others time and excuse after excuse.
I used this company to install flooring in a 10'x11' empty room with exposed concrete. The price was $487. The carpet has massive unacceptable gaps and bumps, finally the carpet and was installed 3 days after the appointment.

Josh and his crew were absolutely great. The service was fast and the crew installing the floor was friendly and very professional. They did everything possible to give us the floor that we love. Our experience with the Burleson Floor Store was excellent. Josh was knowledgeable about the flooring we wanted and was able to help us get our flooring in very quick. The contractors we worked with to install were professional and experienced. We highly recommend them as their work and prices couldn't be beat. We are incredibly happy with our gorgeous new floors (wood look vinyl and carpet).

My new floors are awesome! Josh came and quickly provided an estimate. Once we decided to go with Burleson Floor, we were able to schedule the install quickly. The installers were careful in removing the baseboards and also prepped the floors well. A small tile entry had to be broken up and removed. Everything was cleaned up before the floor was laid.
