Quick and friendly. Very professional. Office and warehouse guys helped me out with my pick up. Easy to get in and out.

I liked this. Place my Appointment was at 8:30 am & I showed up 7:15 they gave a door
Got Empty in less than 45: minutes & I had full
Loaded trailer ( flooring ) out of Dickson Tn

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been here for 5 hours backed to a dock waiting to be loaded. There aren’t any other trucks and haven’t been since I got here. This place is a joke I would never come again. Why does it take this long for a 200 mile load I will never understand. I am halfway through a 34 hour reset this is crazy!!!!

Don't come to this place, only me on door took more than 6 hours to load,more than 5 forklift driver just hanging out wasting people time, don't understand how management allow this,just no respect for truckers time 😒 score negative 5

Fast unload. Professional employees. Plenty if room to back and maneuver..not sure if they had vending or restrooms, only took 15minutes to offload 22pallets. Bills signed and brought outside soon after unload. 5star facility.

i sleep over the night at the colored area of the picture , my unload apoiment was at 8:00am i chek in al 6:00 am and i was eampty at 6:45 am

Have 10 forklifts driving around doing nothing most of the time what it looks like. Be prepared to wait well over 40 mins as I am here now at the hour mark. Do better BPI.
