I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place because the staff really knows how to take great care of their customers!

The service is great. We were helped by Adrian, he was polite, helped us through ALL we needed very patiently despite all the questions we had. Brought the backsplash boxes to our car and helped clean the dusty boxes before placing in our car. (That's extra).

Huge waste of time. The prices are so outrageous!! The guy with the handlebar mustache was sooo not a person I would put up front to greet customers because we asked him for help and decided that we would never trouble him again. Sorry we asked you a question! We won't do it again, and that is a promise!! Look at the quality of the dovetail joint on this cabinet! It's very poorly made.

I can't overstate how amazing this place is! My wife and I purchased several doors, a kitchen sink, and a lot of craftsman style trim. Compared to other big box chains and even online, their prices are lower while still being great quality. We paid half of what we would have elsewhere. We were assisted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable associate named John, and he definitely made the experience

Abysmal customer service... If you sort through the one star reviews you'll find the truth in the customer service, or complete lack of, this company provides. Also, in sorting through those reviews I'm expecting a very poor reply from the company. I'm going to leave this review though in hopes that someone reads it and it helps them understand what terrible customer service this company/location

Great prices and great service! Kevin and Nico were very helpful and took good care of us. We ended up furnishing two bathrooms this time, but we will definitely be back for more.

I’ve been to Builders a few times hunting down remodeling materials. Each time I have had an amazing experience everyone that I have asked any questions has been super helpful. Material you can find is pretty decent but I think the prices could be better.

We came in for the vanity top and they threw in the sink and caulking. They even showed us how to install it since we chose not to wait for installation. Overall great.
