Disappointed is an understatement! The absolute worst experience with Irma Arroyo. She is unprofessional and should not be working with customers on any level. Any Commercial or Residential construction/Roofing companies should not work with this company until they have better people working in their offices.

Stay away!!! Poor service and very rude. Will never give them our business again!! Seems like nobody cares in this company. Go to McCoy’s or Zarsky.

This business couldn’t care less about how the expensive products they sell get delivered, drivers pretty much dump tens of thousands of dollars wherever and however they please without any care, why would they bother asking the customer where they need the lumber? Their time is more important than anything else in this world.

The ladies that work there have very bad customer service, they are very rude to customers… Our mistake was to send one of our clients to Pro Builders so she could choose material. Since my husband was out of town.. Well client calls back very disappointed at Pro Builders, complaining that the ladies were being very disrespectful towards her.. I am a contractor and I went by yesterday to get a quote on lumber and one of the ladies told me that they don’t sell lumber to the public. I ask why and she smile at me and said we don’t. At first I thought she was joking with me but they all look pretty serious so I left and took my business to McCoys.

Best quotes, price matching and fastest turn around in STX. Don’t even bother buying lumber at HomeDepot. That place has the absolute worst timing and service ever.
