2 sales ladies up front have poor customer service. Felt like I was interrupting her show on her phone and couldn’t be bothered. Instead of solutions offered excuses.

Your windows leak, they’re very drafty allowing air and excessive dust into the house. One of your representatives looked at our windows and said it’s normal, (quote) “A function of the house”. Um,…WHAT?

Don't use their windows!!! I have a second failure with more windows failing after 2 years. First windows failed in less than a year. They want to charge me for installing replacements, not much of a warranty. BFS, Don't bother sending your automated response, it's as useless as your windows...

Haven’t use them all that long but so far so good. Their delivery people were excellent and also the sales people in the office have been excellent. Would definitely give them a try.

I have small company in bastrop they mess up my account and they don't want to accept responsibility after 5 the owe me money and doors.
I talk to sells representatives every week and every times it's a excuse to not take care of their mistakes
