From a truck driver delivering.
Due to the recent snow storm everything was shut down, so everyone came to get unloaded the first open day. Got there around 11am with 10 trucks ahead of me. Was unloaded within 2 hours. Got to say they was hustling. Better than most places.
Only down side is if it's packed like that you're parking on the street until you can get in.

Delivery timing is 7 am to 4 pm first come first serve

On the answer machine its say there is overnight parking but there is NO overnight parking! They need to change the voice mail!

If your unloading here, good luck! Everybody tells you to park somewhere different. I do not speak Spanish unfortunatly and had 3 guys telling me in Spanish to do 3 different things. Chaotic, dangerous, and unorganized. The office staff is nice however!

Terrible customer service. I went there to try to get a piece of siding. The lady that answered the door was very rude and condescending. I just wanted them to look at what I had so they can tell me if they had it or not. The response I got was " do you have an account with us?" "We can't sell you if you don't have an account". Shi tty company. One of their trucks has gravel on the bed from loading with fork lift and fell off and bounced up and cracked my windshield and shattered my sunroof. Driver was friendly and so was the manager I talked with. But when made claim to insurance company they denied paying for it. That's why we pay for insurance. But they told insurance company to deny me. That bs. So now I'm

I'm afraid to visit this place after reading All the bad reviews. From rude phone lady to not taking responsibility for chipped windshield. I better look somewhere else for the materials I need. People, thank you for being honest and helping the consumer.

Delivered lumber here. Very quick unloading( less than 30 minutes). Nice guys at the reception

They say no overnight parking. Then the first one at the gate gets unloaded first. But the over night parking trucks gets unloaded first. That is just wrong.
