I am going to share my experience with their the Sales Person (Misty) at this location. They only deal with Builders and we are in process of building a custom home. The salesperson is non responsive and we have tried to reach out to her for over 4 weeks via Phone, email and text. They have no regard for homeowners. They don't care about customer service as they are volume business. Had I know

If I could give negative stars I would. The local Cedar Park Lumber yard and window shop are obviously geared to only handling volume builders. We have been trying for a Year and a half to simply repair window screens for an Anderson sliding door. The window manager does not respond to calls from my office or my client. Good company. Much better lumber department than Home Depot -- you can order specialized wood (like Kiln Dried Pressure Treated stuff) that you can't get from Home Depot.

I've only been in here a few times but each time I have received friendly and helpful service. If you're looking for lumber for a DIY home project I would start here first.

Absolute worst answering system next to nobody answering the phone . Can’t get a hold of anybody and you’d be better just to let it ring turn that mess off. Can’t imagine owning a business and putting my fate in the hands of that horrible phone system.
