Buffaloe installed our wood floors 13 years ago and it is still beautiful. Recently discovered termite damage to the floor in one room. Larry was able to get the same material that we originally used and it matched perfectly. The crew came out and removed the old damaged portion and did a wonderful job replacing it. Some of the cuts they had to do were quite intricate but they had no problem with

Martin DeLeon at Buffaloe Floors did a superb job selling us our new stair, playroom and dressing room carpets.
From the very first phone call, during each visit to the store and to the final inspection Mr. DeLeon was most courteous, well spoken, knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to work with.

Sold & installed product from a vendor who went out of business. Now there's a problem with buckling and Buffaloe won't stand behind their product or workmanship. Strung us along for 5 months. Very poor communications; we always had to initiate followup. We're done.
UPDATE 1 - Owner reached out within 24 hours. They do care. We're working on an amicable solution. Probably the 'reach-out' wouldn't
