I’ve used Brown for many years for parts, April Air filters and advice. In late July, we had a lightning strike that took out several plugs and such. Also took out the HVAC main board in the inside unit. Called Brown to come out and look at our unit and diagnose the situation. The main board was done for and had to order a new one.
After short wait, they came out with the new board and got the AC

Been using Brown Service Company for 35-40 years. They are a fantastic company. Do great work, fair prices, honest, and go out of their way to make sure our needs are met and we are taken care of. Wouldn't use anyone else for A/C or heating in my home.

I called Brown for a second opinion. I needed a new coil b/c refrigerant was leaking. The price quoted seemed high and they also were very quick to offer to sell me a new system. The Brown company was able to come the same day I called. I did need a new coil but the Brown company checked to see if my system was still under warranty, which it was. We received service same day even after calling late morning. Andy, the service tech, got our heater working right away. This is the 3rd time Brown service has been able to keep us warm and cool!

AC unit now working, no cool air and outside compressor was not running. Called Brown's Service and they had time in early afternoon and came out promply at that time. I called early morning and they made big effort to get me in.

Can't speak highly enough about this company. Anytime I call with an issue or needing something to be checked out, they can usually fit me in same day (I think the longest I've ever had to wait was next day). David arrived and installed two new ceiling fans and a new chandelier. He was timely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
