Me and my wife looked all over the Kyle and Buda area for are forever home. We thought we found it with Blackburn Homes. Sales debarment was great. Had a lot of issues during the construction process which lead to over a year build. The builder not wanting to step up and just own the mistakes made it very difficult to agree on somethings. Now after 6 months of living in the house. We are reporting

Poor quality builder and will use every trick to fix major warranty claim. I spent $5000 to fix poor construction quality!

DO NOT BUY THEIR HOMES!!! Looks like a high quality builder until you're living in the house, then the problems start. This was a new construction and before my warranty was up the roof was leaking. Called Blackburn homes and they sent someone out to "fix" it. Supposedly they saw the hole in which light from outside was being let in. Every time it rains we have water entering our home.
