We paid thousands to level our floors before solid oak flooring was installed. We are still leveling furniture and lamps 2 years later . They never got the slab level. And when our contractor failed to meet Bransom schedule for staining and finishing they billed us couple of thousand and we had to finish with French Brown in Dallas. Avoid this company. They are nice enough but installers are unsup

Had Bransom pull carpeting and refinish a bedroom hardwood floor about two weeks ago.
We have used them before and their work is high quality.
Their transition work from floor to doorways was okay.
What was not so good was their pricing scheme.
They quoted a fair price "baring any surprises", but left out any charges for transitions from floor to doorways. These transitions were NOT a surprise, e
