If you've been to other showrooms and are used to an experience where a helpful sales person provides you helpful info such as available sizes and samples do NOT expect this at BPI. They have no one dedicated to the floor and their employees won't greet you or offer any service. I had to track someone down just to turn on the lights (yes I was trying to tile shop in dim conditions) after twent

Always excellent service and friendly folks all around. Always there to answer questions if you need help with anything and the warehouse crew seems to always be in a great mood. They carry the customer service culture out the back door. Front to back, my favorite place to do business!

Friendly service, quick processing and load up. They have a big stock, wide variety of materials. Love the place.

Simply the best products and service that you could hope for. Great for interior designers and contractors alike. Best of all, they carry both Bostik (best in industry adhesives, grouts, and thin-sets) and Schluter (amazing waterproofing and profiles for bathrooms etc.). Big shout-out to Nick for his awesome understanding of his products and guidance on my project!

Good products, ok prices, but really poor customer service. Not knowledgeable and slow to bring product from the warehouse. Not to mention they don’t allow returns or refunds for non-contractors which is not mentioned anywhere except the receipt after purchase.

I guess they must write their own reviews, delivery people were rude. Drivers were rude. Amazing they have such good reviews. Would love to leave pics but was not allowed. Run anywhere but BPI.

I almost got shooed away. They were like: “We don’t sell to independent contractors nor retail”. So… why have a display of all the flooring/ ceramic.
