Alot of experience with customers...
Very polite , very helpful.
I was looking for shingles...
They were honest.
Unfortunately they didn't Carry it.
Gave me direction to who I could call for a certain product.
They know what they have....
What others may have....
Knowledge of products...
And kind people , I get the vibe over the phone....
That it's a daily routine for them.
Like they take pride...

Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. The gentleman I spoke to in the cowboy hat had no idea what an exhaust fan for a shower is and referred me to a plumbing supply store? Very odd behavior for a business with such a stellar reputation.
