Not the way you should have to pick up a vehicle by having it die on you, at Bolton, after it was supposed to be fixed.

The service department and sales department are excellent. Emma has sold me two vehicles and made it very easy and wasn’t overbearing. Heather and the service department is exceptional as well. She got my truck in and out of the shop really quick and they all have a great attitude at Bolton. I should also mention that the finance lady I dealt with was amazing.

Emma was a fantastic sales rep. Very thorough without being overbearing or insistent. We absolutely would recommend her & will be returning to use her for future purchases. Haleigh, the finance manager, was also very pleasant and easy to talk to. We never felt forced or uncomfortable. Very happy with our purchase.

The experience was delightful due to the service being comfortable from the Parts Department to the Service Department. The representatives were knowledgeable with a smile the entire time while explaining what’s needed with your vehicle. I think that’s important to a consumer.

I would not recommend this business. I was given a list of things they wanted to do to my vehicle, and I told them I only wanted three things done after looking at the pictures. However, they daid my back rotors were too thin to shave. According to the pictures, they were not.
