I interviewed a number of contractors to remodel my large master bath. I chose Boerne Kitchens and Bath because, although the bids ended up close to each other price wise, Mark Burns seemed to be the most understanding of what I wanted in terms of functionality and finishes. I had Mark & his team out to remodel our master bathroom. I've had other contractors in the past and have always felt like they were expensive & unresponsive, and sometimes unskilled. Do not use Mark Burns to do any work anywhere. He will gladly promise you many things and then take your money. Good luck getting him to finish a job as promised or ever get him on the phone.
