Everyone was very polite, they don't try and push anything on you. Even when you don't purchase anything at the time of the visit, they are still polite. I recently got a surprise call from Bob Mills Furniture on the one-year anniversary of purchasing our king-size bedroom set. They invited me back to the store to receive a free gift valued up to $50. I hadn’t heard anything about this when I originally made the purchase, so I was honestly a bit skeptical—but I’m glad I went!

No warranty paperwork, horrible warranty service, crappie expensive products. Spent $ 4,700.00 on a sectional that isn't worth 1 thousand. It broke down & had recliner issues within 3 months. 18 months later the problem still isn't resolved because of waiting on parts. I had heard bad things about BMF but bought because they were local. My Wife and I came in to get a feel for what we’d like in our new home. Roy Gowan greeted us promptly. We showed him pictures of our living space and his recommendations were exceptional. He gave us ideas we didn’t think of. He also did a mattress exam for us, so we now know what mattresses best suit us. My Wife snapped a pic of us because she said he felt like family. This store had outstanding customer service and a warm feeling from the moment our family stepped inside. Everyone was kind and helpful. The lady who helped us was knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and patient with our rowdy group of kids. Thanks for all you did to serve our family! :)

We visited Bob Mills' Waco location a couple of weeks ago, looking for a new mattress. The assistance we received from Phil was excellent. He spent a lot of time showing us different mattresses of various qualities and price ranges. This is the second item we purchased from Bob Mills and are very pleased with their level of customer service.
