Went shopping for a new sectional for our living room & Paul was great at helping us find exactly what we needed. He even informed us that because of our purchase, the store was offering $179 in store credit for any accessory items. We went in to Bob Mills to look at a reclining loveseat I had seen on the their website and ended up finding a reclining loveseat in the "End Zone Area" for half the original price and very nice. Our salesman was very friendly and helpful. We have bought furniture at Bob Mills in the past and will always come back!

Excellent experience. We were having a difficult time deciding on furniture with the limited space in our home. The sale agent Chris was wonderful. He help us find something beautiful that fit our space and had us out of there in less than an hour. We picked our furniture up instead of having it delivered. The back doc workers carefully loaded our furniture and had us on our way.

Went in with a thought in mind of what we wanted. Angela was extremely helpful. She was able to get us in and out without any hassle. She wasn't over bearing as a sales person which most can be. She gave us some space, but gave us the info we needed while she was helping us. Will definitely go back with her when we shop for our next purchase.

Angela Tarango in the store in Odessa, Texas was very helpful and knowledgeable about my choices in mattresses for my special needs. She set me up with everything I need to get started on a better night’s sleep. I haven’t received the mattress yet, but the Heirloom pillow seemed to help a lot with my neck and lower back. I can’t wait to have my mattress delivered!
