This is a long-term review, as I have been using Boatright Floors for over 7 years now. I recently had Boatright repair some water damage (obviously not their fault) to existing floors originally installed by Boatright in 2007. Boatright floors completely refinished the hardwood floors in our home (approximately 1200 sq. feet). The wood was sanded down to bare wood, re-stained, and coated with polyurethane (from our original waxed finish). The floors are beautiful, the workmen were professional and we had not one problem during the whole process.
