We had an indoor flooding in our home, contacted our insurance and they recommended BMS.
Kendall with midigation called within an hour and arrived right after to evaluate the house then sent the crew in for the drying. She was very professional, detailed, kind, knowledgeable, answered all questions and very helpful explaining process. Her crew was also awesome.

After my office flooded I was pretty upset! But the folks at BMS cat put everything at ease. From start to finish the whole process took around two weeks and that’s with Christmas and new years falling within those two weeks!!! We deeply regret using this company for our remodel after the March 2022 Round Rock, TX Tornados . The remodel quality was subpar on numerous items throughout the exterior and interior and we are basically left feeling cornered into accepting what they could do or tack on extended time to an already 7 month process. We had drywall and baseboard damage from a slab leak and called these guys to help us out. Kendall came out the next day and helped us through all the mitigation. Horrible time getting it completed . They had so many staff changes, one person tells me something then they change to not honor what was said. Sooo many excuses I had to hold back signing anything else until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Contractors were kind and honest.
