Excellent pool contractor! First and foremost, Jason is awesome. He regularly communicates with you and keeps you up to date (even if some aspects of the work are delayed a day or two). I've worked with BMR twice over the past 3 years. The first time I hired them to install a pool and outdoor kitchen (2022). Most recently I had them add a sunshade, inquire about landscaping, and a few minor tweaks

We recently had our pool remodeled and a patio cover built by BMR Pool and Patio and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and the quality of work truly exceeded our expectations.

One of the most reliable, trusted and excellent outdoor builders. We got six things constructed through BMR. Outdoor kitchen, arbor, pool with spa, pool house, extension of our backyard living area and fence. Mason Thane was always reachable whether he was in country or not. They went to the max extent of calling our HOA and explaining the project to get their approval.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of responsiveness from BMR. Before making the final payment, I shared a detailed list of concerns, and BMR agreed to address each of them. However, several of those issues reported within the warranty period and even at the time of construction remain unresolved, including levelling fix that was part of the original scope, a trench leak
