On Saturday, my pool’s water feature plumbing suddenly sprang a leak, and I honestly wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get help. I called and emailed the Warranty Department, and to my absolute surprise, they had someone at my house within 40 minutes. Not days. Not “we’ll get back to you.” Forty minutes.

Update 4/16: Blue Haven seems to have fixed the issues with the pool. They fixed the mortar between the flag stone and tiles, and fixed the leak. However, the cracks are still in our patio. They attempted to fill the cracks with concrete but this did not do much.
